PROJECT OVERVIEW
HE(ART) Drop Studio exists to make school events look as good as they feel — and to make the volunteers organizing them a little less exhausted in the process.
The brand produces editable Canva templates for PTAs, school communities, and volunteer leaders: event flyers, social media graphics, signage, raffle kits, student art show packages, and more. The design philosophy is simple — cool, organized, and actually fun to use. No design skills required.
This was a full creative build: brand identity, Squarespace website, and an entire product line of downloadable Canva template bundles, developed from concept to launch.
THE BRIEF
School events suffer from a universal design problem: the flyers look like they were made in 2008, and parents are too burned out to show up to something that doesn't look worth their time. Meanwhile, the volunteers doing the work are running on empty, trying to coordinate everything with no real tools.
The challenge was to create a brand and product line that solved both problems at once — making events look intentional and fun, while making them dramatically easier to organize. The aesthetic needed to feel fresh and a little nostalgic, with enough personality to stand out in a crowded inbox or hallway bulletin board.
